Don’t know if it’s too early to tell but I feel better in terms of bloating and my skin is really clearing up!

I’ve suffered with painful hormonal spots for over 10 years and have tried so much to help them like vitamins, diet, cosmetics and creams. I’m getting married this year and had seen Monday Muse advertised on my socials and figured I had nothing to lose so bought some and committed to doing 3 months on them, over the 3 to 4 months I have been on these my skin has become so soft and glowy, it has really cleared up and it’s been ages since I had a painful hormonal spot! Clarity Complex
I have noticed a difference in my skin after two months - which isn’t very long at all - it took the first 4 weeks for my dysbiotic gut to get used to the supplement, after which I saw a noticeable difference in the appearance of my skin (fewer breakouts, less irritated/itchy). During the second month, I did not experience any breakouts around my period, which is a first in 20 years.

The Juice
My favourite product so far and the only skincare product containing niacinamide which doesn’t irritate my skin. I am mid-life, with acne-prone, easily irritated damaged skin barrier, perimenopausal skin and within just two days, The Juice eliminated breakouts from a skincare product from another brand I had tried just beforehand. The Juice has continued to bring more clarity to my complexion, less irritation, much much fewer breakouts.

I have tried a lot of skincare over 20 years of struggling with adult hormonal acne and I have spent a lot of money. Monday Muse is the only brand so far that has been effective AND non-irritating to my skin and is the only brand I would consider using the entire range of products.
Please don’t mess around with formula changes like other brands. Stick with what works and keep up the research and development and keep producing aesthetically beautiful and effective products!

I have been using the skin clarity complex for over 4 months now and I can’t live without out it from suffering with really bad hormonal cystic acne and nodules under the skin that came out of no where causing me to not step foot outside this has got rid of them and prevented any new ones and I can say I’m finally confident in my skin to go outside and will continue to keep using as I can’t live without them, next on my list is to try the juice daily serum to help with the scarring xx

I've been taking these for a few months now, and I've personally definitely noticed a difference not just in my skin but in my menstrual cycle in general. Since taking these I've been finding PMS has been less intense, cramps have been shorter lived and bloating hasn't been as bad. My skin is also suffering far less hormonal acne, I've had fewer deep, angry spots than I usually get. Will definitely continue to take these!
