I had a bad experience with another brand of pre/probioticI found on Instagram a few months ago, and I developed some itchy spots after about a month in (and allergic reaction, I think). So I was hesitant to try this one even though it sounded so perfect, especially since I DO struggle with hormonal acne. And I have to say, I’M LIKING IT SO FAR. My gut’s doing great and my skin’s doing pretty good. So, I’m officially subscribed and waiting for my next bottle. I know skin stuff usually takes a while to show results, so I’m willing to give this another couple of months.

I rarely ever write reviews for products but I want to for this. When I was younger I had bad skin that meant eventually I had to go on strong medication to resolve. My skin was clear for years but unfortunately over the last 2 years it flared up really bad again - hormonal acne that would come up around my chin, be painful, hard to cover with makeup and embarrassing to go to work with . I tried everything - all new skincare, stripping everything back etc and nothing worked. I came across Monday Muse and thought to give it a try and over the past few months with consistently taking the Clarity Complex, using the Juice, the cocktail and the cleanser my skin has improved so much!! The texture has changed, I rarely breakout the way I used to and people have even commented on how my skin looks great. I cant recommend this brand enough!

Consistency is key - there is no overnight cure. After regular use, the improvements in my digestion became far more noticeable and beneficial. Plus, my before and after photos prove the incredible reduction in bloating that I've experienced. It's a fantastic and reassuring supplement to take daily!

Definitely helped me become more regular going to the toilet! My main issue before taking these supplements was not going to the toilet regularly. I’ve tried lots of different supplements and added certain foods into my diet to try and help but nothing’s worked as well as these! I tried another natural supplement before these which helped a bit but I had to take the maximum dose for any sort of impact, I only need 2 of these per day and I’m much more regular now!

Usually I get so bloated and constipated and struggle to finish meals. This has significantly decreased since taking these supplements. I am also less gassy. The thing I most happy about is how much they have helped improve my skin alongside the skin clarity complex. Thank you so much.

I hadn't made a connection before talking to a friend but I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin whilst taking the supplement. I started taking The Skin almost a year ago and it made a HUGE difference to the acne I'd been experiencing for a few years. I still had some lumps and spots that just wouldn't go but they've now cleared up as well and I can only attribute it to The Core Debloat!
