This product has changed my life. I am so grateful that I found something that helps my skin stay calm and clear. I’m almost 38 and have struggled for years with **** ****. I’ve been using this for months. My **** is gone 😭! At first it did upset my stomach a bit and caused some changes in my BMs. I’m sure it was just my body getting used to the probiotics and balancing itself out. I take one in the morning and one in the evening to avoid any upset, although I haven’t had a tummy upset or anything since that first week.

This is such a wonderful supplement for anyone struggling with **** ****, give it a few months and it’ll be transformative for you! I’m not usually someone who reviews products, but this is genuinely the first product that supported me after spending 3 years struggling with **** after having my daughter. Took about a month to see any difference but my skin is much more under control (I do also use a spot cream, I wouldn’t rely only on this for my skin, but together they work well) and I hardly bloat anymore and I used to always feel bloated at the end of the day.
