Subscriptions

How do I log in to my subscription account?

You can log in to the customer portal here without a password. You will instead be emailed a one-time log in code.

When is my next order arriving?

You can view when your upcoming orders will be processed in “next order” tab of the customer portal underneath your credit balance. This is the date the order is processed, and exact delivery times depend on which country the order is being shipped to.

How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Enter the customer portal
  2. Go to the “subscriptions” tab
  3. Click “Edit” on the product you wish to cancel the subscription for
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Cancel subscription”
  5. Complete the survey

Important: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once your subscription is successfully cancelled.

I’ve moved and need to change my address for my next subscription, how do I do this?

  1. Enter the customer portal
  2. Go to the “Account” tab
  3. Scroll to “Manage Addresses”
  4. Either add a new address, or click edit on the address you wish to send to
  5. At the top of the address pop-up, select “Use this address for all my products”
  6. Click “Save Changes”

I need to change my payment details for my next subscription, how do I do this?
  1. Enter the customer portal
  2. Go to the “Account” tab
  3. Scroll to “Manage Payment Methods”
  4. To add a new method, click “Add payment method” and enter your card details – make sure to click “Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method” before you save changes
  5. If you would like to swap to an existing card, scroll to locate it and select “Use for all subscriptions” underneath the details.
Can I swap my subscription for a different product?

Yes you can! You can swap to any product with a subscription plan available, and this is the best way to avoid losing your order streak and advancing to the next loyalty tier. Here’s how:

  1. Enter the customer portal
  2. Either scroll to your next order & select “Swap” underneath the product, or got to the “Subscription” Tab
  3. In the subscription tab, scroll to the bottom and select “Swap this for a different product”
  4. If not all products display, click “load more” and select your product & frequency
I have Muse Money in my subscription wallet, how do I apply it to my order?
  1. Enter the customer portal
  2. Scroll to your credit balance & toggle the switch ON, it will say “Credits applied to your next order”

Please note, your upcoming order total will not change, only once the order is processed will you see the price difference of the credits
