We do our best to ensure product satisfaction and recommend new customers familiarise themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product before committing to a purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products, provided Monday Muse is notified within 10 days of receipt.
Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to the highest hygiene standards, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns for used or opened products.
If items are damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement or exchange at care@mondaymuseskin.com
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including the delivery address, are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Monday Muse cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be approved. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
