5 Tips for Glowing Summer Skin

The air is warming, holidays are being booked, and the first swim of summer feels just within reach! With all the excitement and positive energy that summer brings, it can be easy to forget how the changing weather affects our skin and what we can do to keep it glowing. Here are our top 5 tips to keep your skin radiant this summer:

 

1. Double Cleanse

With more heat comes more sweat that can clog up your pores. The Cleanser's gentle, non-clogging formula makes it the perfect product to use both morning and night to remove sweat, pollution & make-up. Double cleansing at the end of the day ensures that you both remove your make-up/sunblock, and cleanse your skin gently. 

 

 

2. Incorporate Antioxidant Serums

4. Don't forget about SPF

Need we say more? SPF is your skin’s first line of defence against premature ageing, pigmentation, and sun damage — and it should be worn every single day, even when it’s cloudy. In summer, with higher UV levels and more time spent outdoors, it’s even more essential. Make sure you’re applying a broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30 every morning, and reapplying every 2–3 hours when in direct sunlight or after swimming. If you have very sensitive skin we recommend a mineral sunscreen over a chemical sunscreen. 

 

 

5. Keep your skin clear from the inside-out.

Whilst we all love a spritz in the sun, having these summer beverages more frequently can have an overall effect on our skin.
