I’ve suffered with hormonal/cystic acne for around 3 years and tried a stupid amount of skincare products. Early this year I started to get really bad hormonal acne out of nowhere. I always got a few spots at that time of the month but nothing I was bothered about but this year I just started getting these horrible big, red, sore, itchy cysts and my skin texture had changed and was all bumpy and nothing I tried was working.
